We are now looking for an Office Assistant with immediate entrance willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Your responsabilities:

Reception of customers, suppliers, and employees.
Preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms.
Management of calls, emails, and physical correspondence.
Streamline partners’ signatures when requested.
Support for booking and organizing travel, transport, and accommodation.
Coordination and daily maintenance of office spaces and facilities (e.g., pantry, open space, cleaning).
Support in the organization of events at the office (e.g., hiring catering services).
Occasional administrative support for financial management.
Collection of shipping and supplies (e.g., welcome kit, gifts, etc.).
Management of office supplies, first-aid kit, and solidarity coffees.
Other administrative tasks inherent to the role.

Are you the one?

Complete secondary education.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions.
Good communication skills in English (B2).
Fluent in Portuguese.
The domain of Microsoft Office.
Dynamic and proactive profile.
Good communication skills.
Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Discretion, reliability, and flexibility.
Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
